Eric is a forward thinking, driven and passionate Service Designer with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field. He's a dedicated practitioner who facilitates holistic and iterative design programs to ensure the effective delivery of improved service experiences that care for all who are involved.

Eric has helped all types of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized enterprises deliver greatly improved service/customer experiences. He has successfully worked with a wide range of industry verticals including many service focused organisations such as finance, travel, hospitality, telecommunications, entertainment, automotive and energy. Eric is an avid mountain biker in his free time and enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family.
