Rita Saad Experience Design Manager,

Rita is a manager at the EY Design Studio in Montréal. Her passion for storytelling and her decade of experience working across various design disciplines which include branding, communication, services and UX/UI have enabled her to create meaningful, engaging experiences for various audiences. She designs products and services informed by user research, systems thinking and participatory frameworks to drive innovation within an organization. Her recent work has primarily been focused on reimagining the future of government services to enhance the lives of citizens.

She graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2011 with a MFA in Design and Technology, and holds a User Experience Design Certificate from UC San Diego. She has an affinity for design education and was a faculty member at several universities in Lebanon and the UAE, helping the next generation of creative thinkers in the region develop their talent.

Outside of work, she is a mom, an advocate for women in the workplace, an avid cappuccino sipper, and an aspirational Pilates reformer aficionado.
