Malena Amendola Researcher, Argentina,
EY Design Studio LAS

Malena is a Sociologist and Professor of Sociology graduated from UBA. She focused her undergraduate studies on cultural and gender studies and then continued her education at CLACSO, where she specialized in Public Policy and Gender Justice.

Since she was a child she was interested in understanding the reasons for things. She found in sociology a particular way of looking and thinking that allowed her to sharpen her eye, ask new and better questions and - from time to time - try out some answers. He also enjoys writing. She did a creative writing workshop for many years and has some projects in the drawer waiting for her.

She joined EY 5 years ago as part of the Experience Management Consulting team, where she learned a lot about the times and needs of organizations and the vital importance of building good relationships. When the Design Studio arrived at EY, she was very curious to understand how it was possible for designers, bachelors of arts and anthropologists to coexist in the same environment. She delved into UX design and research until she knew she was interested in getting into the world of UX.

She joined EY Design Studio LAS to do research and is happy to be able to honor with her work some of that childish quest of asking and asking questions to try to better understand her surroundings.
