Content Strategy Manager

Erika earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She previously served as the Managing Director of Marketing for the Chicago Board of Trade and the Vice President of Client Experience and Communications for JPMorgan’s Commercial Banking division. Her 20-year career has been focused on digital strategy, content strategy and user research in the financial services, healthcare and entertainment & media industries. Her book, “Zero-Sum Game: The Rise of the World’s Largest Derivatives Exchange,” was published by Wiley in 2010. Outside of work, you can find her planning her next vacation — she has traveled to more than 45 countries across 7 continents (yes, even Antarctica). She lives in Chicago near Wrigley Field with her husband, black lab and two young children.
