Scott leads Portland EY Design Studio experience strategy and design efforts, helping create solutions that live at the intersection of user needs and business objectives. He started his career working for startups during the dot-com boom and bust, where he gained invaluable product development experience and had a front-row seat to a couple of wild flameouts. He then transitioned to digital marketing, spending five years working at Leo Burnett Chicago. While there, he focused on user experience and online shopping tools for clients in automotive and technology. These days, Scott leads teams that examine business problems through a lens of deep customer-centricity to uncover fresh insights, ensuring the digital experiences they create solve real needs for users. In his free time he enjoys endurance running, obsessing about food and exercising patience with his 5-year-old twins.
