Joe earned his MBA and a master’s in Interaction Design from the University of Kansas. His first career in was financial services, until his passion for creativity drove him to work professionally as a 3D production artist on cutting-edge immersive content for science museums. After that, his progression to UX was a natural evolution of his curiosity and skills, which he applied to UI animations, storytelling and advanced engineering initiatives at a leading consumer electronics manufacturer. These days, Joe enjoys combining his creative passion and knowledge of markets in the realm of financial services experience design. Joe also leads groups for Service Design and Design Research within our studio. He frequently contributes to strategic training initiatives dealing with design research, persona development, service design methods and journey mapping.
