Her management consulting experience has focused on leading digital strategy and customer experience transformation initiatives in industries including banking, cards, payments and insurance. She is an agile leader with a passion for experience-led approaches that include designing and building technology solutions that simplify, modernize and enhance people’s lives and work. In her spare time, she seeks adventure outdoors and overseas, having visited more than 50 countries across 6 continents.
