Pankhuri earned her MS in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design — a program that interplays design-thinking tools and service design to target business-led problems. Her service-design project at Parsons was showcased on the school’s website. At EY, Pankhuri focuses on creating intuitive interfaces and meaningful experiences through design. She is passionate about user-centered design and how it can be leveraged as a tool to guide change. Pankhuri has designed and facilitated process-improvement workshops, led design-research engagements focused on organizational change and created digital products for leading international banks. She also has experience working on service design and user-experience design projects across the health care and consumer goods sectors. Outside of the office, Pankhuri enjoys seeking out new experiences — her most recent has been learning Aikido, a Japanese form of self-defense that is rooted in the principles of peace.
