UX Design Lead
Requirements
- Have hands-on experience in designing digital products and person-centered services.
- Strategic profile, ability to understand business needs and relate directly with our customers, even at the highest levels of organizations.
- Ability to lead projects managing priorities, requirements, resources and deadlines.
- A good theoretical background in design thinking, interaction design, and related disciplines.
- Analytical ability to understand complex issues and creative ability to create original solutions.
- Extroverted (or introverted and courageous) to lead activities such as a design workshop or presentation.
It's a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of the language and the ability to handle yourself fluently in the fields of innovation, business and technology.
- Curiosity and learning skills.
- A good level of English to be able to read fluently, write an email and maintain a working conversation.
- Fluency in prototyping tools: XD, Sketch, Figma, Axure.
- Visual design, information architecture and/or UX research skills.
- Varied experience in design for different devices, technological environments, industries and user universes.
- Formal training in leadership and/or project management.
- Strong writing skills and ability to present information in a clear, compelling and credible manner.
- Co-creation skills.
- A good theoretical background in design.
- Teaching experience.
