Amparo (she likes to be called “Ampi”) studied Industrial Design (Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism – Universidad de Buenos Aires). Near the end of her degree, she came across experience design and was so fascinated by this discipline that she decided to specialize in UX-UI to further explore this field.

Her interest led her to work in the public sector, where she focused on improving customer service processes and, along the way, she came across service design. She became so interested in this area that she pursued a postgraduate degree in Service Design.

Ampi enjoys teamwork, especially when she is part of a multidisciplinary group. In her free time, she loves outdoor activities, enjoying Sundays with her family and walking her dog Tintha.
