Bianca (Bi or Bia), married to Thon and mother of Zack and passionate about people, challenges and innovation. A graduate in Mobile Development, a designer by curiosity and a born creative. She joined EY in February 2022 and is developing her career with the purpose of influencing people.

She started her professional life with event management and consulting, but always with a "little foot" in areas of design, creativity and technology. After the pandemic, with events on the decline, she saw the opportunity for a professional transition to what she was already doing as a hobby. Now, sticking to the term "it's yours to build", she has rebuilt her career with a lot of enthusiasm and ambition.

Everything related to improving lives, pushing and encouraging people, makes her heart beat faster.

In her spare time she loves spending quality time with her family and relatives. She loves dancing, singing, travelling and enjoying life.
