She is Camila, but you can call her Camibot. She has been with EY for almost 2 years. She has a degree in advertising and marketing from ESPM and, since 2001, she has been working with technology projects focused on chatbots and the use of artificial intelligence for automated conversations and customer service. She confesses that she has loved robots since childhood, because of The Jetsons and Star Wars. In 2016 she had the opportunity to evolve professionally as a UX Designer and since then she combines technology with a passion for experience design.

She considers herself a designer who teaches and humanizes robots, seeks to understand people's pains and needs to create innovative services and products that make their lives easier and bring value to customers.

Outside of work she loves to be with family and her son Ivan. She enjoys reading, writing, traveling, dancing and getting to know new cultures and places.

She is passionate about good stories, technology, books, movies, electronic music, art, cooking and walking outdoors.
