Erika, better known as Erika =). She has been at EY for 10 months and has a degree in Administration. She has always worked in the Marketing and Events areas. Since last year she has been involved with project management aiming at process automation and modernization.

She has focused her career development in the areas of innovation, UX/UI and Design Thinking methodology. She has taken several courses to become an expert in these subjects. Feel free to chat with her about these areas.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, with her caramel mutt (Joaquim), traveling and visiting new restaurants with her family.

She has always enjoyed physical activities, does Crossfit, loves to ride her bike around the city, and play beach volleyball.
