Gonzalo is a Consulting partner and he leads the EY Design Studio LAS which assists clients in Latin America South: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. He has over 20 years of experience in innovation and design: he founded and managed Inter-Cultura between 2005 and 2020, when his company - a pioneer in that field - was integrated into EY.

Together with his team, he supported companies in different markets, organizations of various sizes and government agencies during their innovation and transformation processes such as: people-centered business, services and products design; and the improvement of client experience (CX), user experience (UX) and employee experience (EX). He holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. He devotes a lot of time to academic teaching Design Thinking and Experience Design. He has actively participated in Catholic entities and social organizations. He is a volunteer at Fundación Espartanos, which has the purposes of social and labor integration of persons deprived of their freedom.
