Lucía began her professional career studying Marketing. Once graduated, she worked in the automotive industry, where she developed most of her work experience.

Following her desire to be oriented towards serving people, she began studying Psychology in 2019. She values her learning focused on the person in a holistic way.

In the development of her career she had her approach to person-centered design and found there an opportunity to converge her knowledge, experiences and interests.

In her spare time she participates in a Catholic youth group with various activities. She also enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, reading and being in contact with nature.
