Martín is an Industrial Engineer, graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), and Master of Arts in Service Design graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design, USA.

During his last year of Engineering, he took Product Design as an elective subject. There he learned about design methodology, Design Thinking and human-centered design, among other concepts. From then on, he knew that his vocation was to participate in interdisciplinary work teams, designing solutions that were people-centered.

Martín worked in several energy companies, mainly in process digitalization projects and in budget and financial control. At the same time, he always kept his contact with design through freelance projects and teaching, at the Faculty of Engineering of the UBA, at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN) and at the MBA of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the UBA.

In 2021 he decided to train strictly in service design, and accepted a full time master's degree in Savannah, Georgia, where he carried out Customer and Employee Experience projects in different industries. There he designed the Fan Experience for a soccer team in its relaunch as a professional team.
