Naara, better known as Na. She is PwD, has monocular vision, and has been at EY for three years. She has a degree in Communication. Before EY she always worked in the Marketing, Content Creation, Scriptwriting and Events areas.

At EY she ended up acquiring a lot of experience in the management of strategic projects with great impact on the structuring of new business models, involving analyses that seek to connect the business model to the target public's experience.

Diversity and Inclusion are flags that she raises. Idealizer of the Diversity Ally Handbook, she always seeks to bring to her daily work and life the sense of belonging among people.

She has focused her career development in innovation areas, in agile, participative and inclusive methodologies, such as: Scrum, Lean UX, Design Sprint and Design Thinking. Passionate about Service Design and UX Research. Has taken several courses for a more generalist view of Design (accept reading and courses recommendations ;D ).

In her free time she likes to watch TV series, movies and go to the theater. Loves art and literature. She also likes all themes related to spirituality and the understanding of the human.
