Teresa, or Tê, is a carioca who grew up in São Paulo, graduated in graphic design and has been at EY for four years. Before moving to the Studio, she worked in the Brand, Marketing & Communications team. With experience in the editorial market and branding, she decided to specialize more deeply in the third and fourth layers of design (interaction and systems).

Added to her more generalist profile nowadays, she sees an opportunity as a PwD - she is bilaterally profoundly deaf and uses a cochlear implant :) - in designing more inclusive and accessible experiences either in the product, service or phygital journey. There are more case studies of accessibility in UX than Services, so shall we balance that out?

Curious by nature, she likes to understand how people behave and react from a visual manifestation (hello neurodesign), and in her free time she likes to spend time with friends and family, invent a recipe in the kitchen, and sunbathe.

Her goals for 2023 are to go back to running - with enthusiasm - and to become more and more integrated with UX and Service Design.
