Caroline earned her BBA from the University of Georgia and her MBA from New York University, and has focused her career on innovation and design thinking. She has deep experience in strategy work such as researching the future of career management and exploring asset commercialization, as well as large-scale business transformations for financial services and telecommunications clients. Caroline is passionate about strategizing and problem-solving with clients. Outside of work she enjoys distance running, sailing, college football (go Dawgs!), traveling internationally and photography.
