Cole is fascinated with the continued merging of digital and physical realities. Originally an illustration major, Cole transitioned into motion and interactive design while attending college in Chicago. He has spent the last 15+ years making creative use of technology across a range of clients and industries, from the music and movie industry, to health care and technology companies. Prior to joining our team he worked as a designer at XPLANE, a design and consulting agency in Portland. At EY Design Studio he has worked on web apps, touch interfaces and AR/VR experiences with health care, telecommunication and technology clients. In his free time he curates a growing list of un-started, unfinished, and half-finished personal projects that include elaborate Halloween costumes, AR/VR experiences, 3D printed sculptures and tools, photogrammetry and analog electronics, just to name a few.
