Before transitioning to digital design, Damien began his career designing physical products. So his design experience runs the gamut — from grappling hooks to analytics dashboards. Working across mediums has attuned him to the key aspects of designing any product: ensuring usability, cutting out the extraneous and solving the right problem. With his industrial design background, Damien has a passion for cognitive ergonomics — fitting systems to the way people’s minds work to create experiences that are seamless and meaningful.
