As a content strategist and digital copywriter at EY Design Studio, John creates content systems that accommodate multichannel digital delivery and writes copy that brings clarity, brevity and empathy to user interactions. Since earning a master’s degree in English from the University of Oregon, he’s written, edited and managed digital content for more than 15 years, working with clients in diverse industries such as sports and fitness, health care and telecom. Prior to joining our team, John also worked as an art critic, covering Portland’s art scene in local and national publications for more than a decade. In 2009, he was the recipient of a Creative Capital | Warhol Foundation grant for short-form arts writing. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, swimming and spending time with his family.
