Kate first started working with computers at age 12. Along the way, she found she loved working with both computers and people. She is a huge believer in the Agile Manifesto of “people over process” and finds it challenging and rewarding to run projects this way. She worked with .NET, Java and Perl before moving to front-end development and leadership positions as she progressed through her career. In her spare time, she enjoys woodworking and gaming. She once accidentally lived in the UK for 11 years.
