Tathagata earned his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the Florida Institute of Technology and his MS in Applied Mathematics from Jadavpur University. His nearly 20-year career has focused on digital transformation, experience strategy, design and agile team management. At EY, Tathagata’s teams have led, designed and implemented an e-commerce client’s mobile strategy, designed a global multichannel customer experience platform for wealth managers and their back-office support teams, and developed comprehensive brand design systems for telecom clients, among other work. Tathagata is passionate about data-driven design and the use of AI for self-serve systems, and when he’s not in the office, he loves to travel, eat and take photos of people and places.
