Joy is a designer who has a strong commitment to achieving goals. While she has six years of studies in Mechanical Engineering, she was so fascinated by user-centered design that she was determined to transition to digital design and earned her MS in Design Science from the University of Michigan. Over the course of her UX design career, which has focused on clients in the automotive and health care industries, she has researched user pain points, designed complicated user flows in legacy systems, and proposed design solutions for early-stage startups. With her analytic background, Joy creates seamless experience with systematic design thinking while advocating unmet user needs. Outside of the studio you might find her flexing her creative muscle through flower arranging and building strength through indoor climbing.
