For nearly 15 years, Ian has operated at the heart of digital. He communicates a compelling vision, then rallies cross-functional teams to unearth opportunities and deliver tangible results. Before joining EY in 2023, Ian was a senior leader at one of the world’s largest consultancies, building digital solutions and driving growth across multi-million-dollar accounts. He believes team culture is paramount to success, and grounds his way of working in trusted relationships and passionate collaboration. Ian holds a MA (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh and is professionally certified as a SAFE Consultant, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, IC Agile Coach, Certified Scrumaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
