Rohit is a Partner at EY and is COO of the EY Design Studio with a mission to make it the Best Digital Studio in Canada and the Top COE globally. He is responsible for key business operations, which include recruitment, resourcing, strategic client delivery and growth of key Government accounts. Prior to joining EY via an acquisition of FreshWorks Studio in June 2022, Rohit (COO & Co-Founder) led FreshWorks Studio to the Top Agile Application Development studio in Canada. The team grew from 2 employees in 2016 to 105 by June 2022. Rohit led the finance, operations, recruitment, resourcing and PMO team at Freshworks Studio. Rohit & his partner Sam won the Small Business BC "Best Immigrant Entrepreneur" award in 2018, Douglas Magazine #10toWatch in 2017, and the Chamber of Commerce New Business Award in 2017. With a software development background, Rohit is an immigrant to Canada and moved to Victoria in 2012. He is a holder of an MBA degree from the University of Victoria (Entrepreneurship; 2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Information Technology (IT; 2010).
