Germán Jauregui UX & Product Designer, Argentina,
EY Design Studio LAS

Germán graduated in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering (University of Deusto and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia). The Global Training scholarships for international mobility gave him the opportunity to join the EY Design Studio team.

For Germán it is the first international experience, although his last year of his degree he had the opportunity to work as an engineer in Barcelona in an international manufacturing company, Grohe Lixil Emena. In his final degree work, he developed a project that arose from the demand in cleaning times and efficiency in clay tennis courts, in which he optimized a tool system more focused on functionality, comfort and sustainability. The degree has helped him to understand that every product and service has details to improve and how important it is to understand the user's need to be solved and its correct definition.

He considers himself to be open-minded, creative and eager to contribute ideas from a different perspective. In addition, he loves to take on challenges and train himself to find better solutions. He is passionate about doing sports in nature, learning about new cultures and music, especially playing the guitar and singing.
